BRING IT!!!

Sorry for the mini hiatus,
I started my new diet/ workout thing, and HOLY COW!
It's been crazy intese!

First things first,
The baby food diet,
I wouldn't recomend it.
I shifted maybe 5ish pounds,
But it made me super backed up, super painful.
Seriously it's way esier to just restrict.
The theory is that because its so liquidy it slides right through you, this is wrong.
so all in all not to bad, but not awesome either.

Now my new adventure.
I started doing the crazy workout and diet plan called P90X with my boyfriend.
I started 2 saturdays ago on the 5th, and already I've lost 8lbs!
Can you believe it? 8lbs in 13 days! YES!
If you've never heard of this look it up! if you can, DO IT!
It's a daily workout, with one day rest days.
You take progress pictures on days 1, 30, and 90.
I'll post my day 1 and 30, once day 30 gets here.

So yeah, this is my adventure for the next 73 or so days!
I'll keep you posted and start posting more about the diet part and the workouts soon,

Thick Thursday

Baby Food Diet Day 4-
No weight change
THANK GOODNESS!!!

Yesterday wasn't as great as I had hoped.
I had Fruities apple peach strawberry baby food (80 cals)
Then we went to Costco and I had some samples,
Then I was going to have baby food but my friend surprised me by bringing me fast food.
UGH!
I felt disgusting after.

It seems strange, I ate what a "normal" person would calorie wise, less even.
But I still feel like I ate for 10.
UGH!

So later tonight I'm going to post on today,
Then tomorrow I'm going to post about tomorrow.
Tomorrow I am also going to post about my next great adventure, and believe me it's a good one!
Then Sunday I'll take a look at this diet over all.
Sorry for the boring post, I need to make these a better balance of life, and diet I think.
This next Diet is 90 days long, so I might post weekly about the diet.
We'll see.

Weird Wednesday

(these tittles are getting hard to come up with and kinda annoying.)
Baby Food Diet Day 3-
Yesterday I was back at 143.6 :(
Today I'm at 141.6!
How? I drank a bit of prune juice and it really helped.
So YAY clearly this is getting easier!

I also ate pretty well yesterday!
Breakfast was Gerber Grabbers apple mango strawberry (60 cals)
Lunch was Gerber Graduates grabbers fruit and yogurt strawberry banana (100 cals)
Both were very tasty!
Then I went to work!
After work at my boyfriends apartment I have like 2 cups-ish of pop corn, and some hot chocolate
Then I came home and went to bed, all in all not to bad!
I also did zumba. so Hurray!

Yup nothing exciting. I tried having one of the baby foods for breakfast today, the one with squash.
I got one tiny taste and decided NO!
It was gritty and nasty so I had a different one.
All of the other ones have been smooth and not terrible.
So if you re gonna try this diet stick to fruits.
DO NOT TRY THE VEGETABLE ONES!!!!!
I need to pick up 2 more or I'm not going to have any for tomorrow.
I work 6 till 3 so I'll pick them up on my first break. yup!
I've got to go into work early today,
I had baby food for breakfast then Costco samples for lunch.
So I may or may not have anything for dinner since I'll be working.
I'll bring one along just in case though

Tummy Trouble Tuesday

Baby Food Diet Day 3-
I'm up in my weight a little.
I'm too embarrassed to openly admit what I weigh.
It does make sense because I am so backed up. UGH!
It hurts.
I tried Epsom salts last night and nothing.
So now I'm considering a real laxative.
I'm honestly a bit scared.
I've never taken one and don't know what to expect.
Any input is appreciated here.

So yesterday Was the first of the year, and I slept till noon.
So no breakfast baby food for me.
Then lunch was Gerber Grabbers banana blueberry (100 cals)
then dinner was a small portion of homemade lasagna.
I did have a small piece of cake though. mom made me, cuz she made it and worked so hard.
Blah blah blah.
Yeah I'm not doing so good with the evening meals.
so all in all not a terrible day, but not awesome either.
I do work this evening so that means no dinner. YES!

I looked at next week's schedule, and it's all morning shifts which puts me home for dinner.
This is an issue.
If I'm going to do this diet another week I have got to better control my evening meals.
I might do a fast Sunday,
It's my only all day shift where my parents won't be around me when dinner time comes around.
also I think I'll need it, if the baby food really is what's making me so backed up.
Gr.

So yeah. the rest of the week I have evening shifts so no dindin.
The rest of the week should be smooth sailing.
Sorry these posts are so boring.
I'll try and spice things up.

Resolutions

I always come up with a crazy list of way to many and far to large of resolutions,
and I always fail.

So this year I'm keeping it simple.

I owe my parents around $400, so...
Resolution 1) Pay my parents back.

I've been trying to tell my parents I want to move in with Chris , so...
Resolution 2) Move out of the house.

I'm still trying to lose weight and make it to my goal weight so...
(in two chunks to make it more attainable)
Resolution 3) Lose more weight and make it to 120lbs.
Resolution 4) Lose even more weight and make it down to 100 lbs.

I went to school to be a pharmacy tech but I still have to take my certification exam, so...
Resolution 5) Take and PASS the PTCB exam.

Chris keeps hinting, and know it's out of my hands but I'm still setting it, so...
Resolution 6) Get engaged.

I pay for the damn gym, let's make it worth my money, so...
Resolution 7) Make it to the gym at least 3 times a week.

My car isn't going to last much longer, so...
Resolution 8) save up, and buy a new car.

I've wasted so much money on fast food, and it's SO unhealthy, so...
Resolution 9) Don't purchase or eat fast food. Except in extreme cases.

I've never been so good with money, so...
Resolution 10) Save my money, and don't spend it on useless frivolous things.

So there you have it.
My resolutions.
I'm literally fighting to keep my eyes open.

Miserable Monday!

Baby Food Diet Day 2-
Yesterday was good-ish.
No weight change.
But I did have a lot of alcohol last night.

Yesterday I stuck to the plan nearly perfect...
For breakfast I had Gerber Organic banana mango (90cals) this is probably my favorite so far
Lunch was Fruities apple, mango, and carrot (70 cals) this one was NASTY!
Then dinner I made enchiladas which were good but I had 2 and a half. I should have only eaten 1. UGH!!!
Then we went to Chris's sister's house for the new year party.
Which was GREAT!
His sister and I are really getting along well, she said she's going to put me in her wedding!
I'm so excited!
I've needed a good friend that's a girl.
I spend so much time with Chris that it's hard, but he's close with her so it's easy!
Any way, at her house I had a little bit of chicken stir fry, half a cookie, some hot chocolate(like 5 sips) a glass of wine, a shot of caramel vodka, a shot of peppermint vodka a few sips off Chris's beer, a shot of fireball whisky, and a mike's hard mango.
That's A LOT of calories.
UGH!
I was drunk!
So was Kali. We drunk bonded haha

So yeah I did fine till the end.
Now I see why everyone diets after the holiday. It's hard to diet and party.
Luckily now life should calm down for a bit.
I think I might extend this diet on to next week also so I can really get into a swing with it.
I think that once I get a set pattern it will be better.

Side note, the first night the baby food gave me bad liquid poops. Gross I know, but if you're considering this diet you need to know. Not last night though. I read somewhere that someone else who tried it got pretty constipated. So this diet may need to be followed with a laxative at the end, I think my next diet (after another week of this) will be a cleanse, or a detox of some sort.

Slow Start Sunday

Baby Food Diet Day 1-
Yesterday morning I weighed in at 143.6
This morning I weigh in at 142.4 that's a loss of 1.2 lbs!

Now, yesterday was the first day of the diet.
I started my day with my vitamins a glass of water and fruities peach, apple, & banana baby food for breakfast. (90 cals).
Then for lunch I was with my boyfriend so I had a bit of popcorn chicken thinking that would be my one solid food.
Unfortunately we had dinner at his parents house. so I had a small serving of bean and turkey soup. UGH! but clearly it wasn't too bad if I still lost a pound. I did get enough of water. the baby food wasn't bad. it tasted pretty ok, sorta like super smooth apple sauce.

Today Is day 2 and hopefully it  will be easier. I'm going to start keeping one of my little packets with me so I can play sick if I need and still get my baby food in. I'm going to be home all day today and so I can get my breakfast and lunch in no problem hopefully, then since it's new years eve I'm spending the night with my boyfriend, and wine is on the menu I don't know about any food though.
