I started my new diet/ workout thing, and HOLY COW!
It's been crazy intese!
First things first,
The baby food diet,
I wouldn't recomend it.
I shifted maybe 5ish pounds,
But it made me super backed up, super painful.
Seriously it's way esier to just restrict.
The theory is that because its so liquidy it slides right through you, this is wrong.
so all in all not to bad, but not awesome either.
Now my new adventure.
I started doing the crazy workout and diet plan called P90X with my boyfriend.
I started 2 saturdays ago on the 5th, and already I've lost 8lbs!
Can you believe it? 8lbs in 13 days! YES!
If you've never heard of this look it up! if you can, DO IT!
It's a daily workout, with one day rest days.
You take progress pictures on days 1, 30, and 90.
I'll post my day 1 and 30, once day 30 gets here.

So yeah, this is my adventure for the next 73 or so days!
