Here's some of the diets I have found, I haven't tried all of them if you find one you like please let me know! more to come so keep checking back :)

One Week Diet:
Monday: Eat all the vegetables you want, and a portion of fruit(no bananas). Drink lots of water, and only water.
Tuesday: Just eat vegetables and drink water today!
Wednesday: Eat all the fruit and veggies you want. Drink lots of water.
Thursday: Eat 5 bananas and drink 5 glasses of milk!
Friday: 4-3 oz of chicken or substitute with fresh veggies!
Saturday: 4-3 oz of beef or substitute with fresh veggies!
Sunday: Fast!
People have said they lost 5-11 pounds on this diet!

Russian Gymnast Diet:
The diet is very simple and is meant to help produce a quick and severe weight loss within a week. This is not meant as an ongoing weight loss or maintenance program.
Breakfast: A glass of orange juice or a cup of black coffee or a slice of calorie reduced bread.
Lunch: A fruit salad or a medium apple
Dinner: 8 baby carrots or an apple
**Notice how it says or. So in order to follow the diet by its rules you can only have 1 of the choices listed for each meal**

200 Calorie Vegan Model Diet:
Breakfas
t: 1 slice reduced-calorie bread ( 45 cals) 1-2 cups black coffee, or with no-cal sweetener ( 0 cals)
total: 45 calories, ½ gm fat
Lunch: 1 medium-large apple ( 120 cals) total: 120 calories, ½ gm fat
Dinner: 8 baby carrots ( 40 cals) total: 40 calories, 0 gms fat
total: 200 calories, 1 gm fat

THE SUPERMODEL DIET:Brakfast:1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: garden salad with fat free italian [also try walden farm calorie free dressings]
Dinner: 1/2 boneless skin less chicken, 1 cup steamed veggies


MODEL DIET 2:
Breakfast: 1 slice wonder light wheat bread,2 cups black coffee
Lunch:1 large apple green tea
Dinner:10 baby carrots


The Caroline Kettlewell Diet:Breakfast: Fat Free Yogurt (100 calories or less)
Lunch: 1 orange or Apple (80 calories
Dinner: 3-10 bites of whatever your parents make you for dinner or anything 100 calories
